Last night's episode of "Body Cam" on TV included a major traffic
accident in Montgomery County, Maryland. One of the facts mentioned
was that there are "only" 30 to 40 deaths in automobile accidents in
that county every year. And that is just one county in the country.

Are the car manufacturers going to be treated as if they are
responsible?

Logical thinkers want to know....

Gun control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to own cars.

Car manufacturers are 100% culpable in ALL "accidents."

Their advertising showing their product speeding down roads at such a
rate that only professional drivers on a closed course should
attempt-- yet they want to avoid being sued?

I don't think so, Tim.

It's akin to the signs in ice skating rinks that say something like "We are not responsible for
injuries etc". Yes they are depending upon the cause. The sign is there to discourage people from
suing. And it usually works.

It's an "attractive nuisance" DESIGNED to make people slip and slide.
They ought to be sued out of existence. :)

Body Cam is wrong, there were 48 last year.

There are 3,243 counties or similar in the USA. Montgomery County,
Maryland is the 44th largest county in the USA. A Democrat shit hole,
78.6% of the people voted Democrat in the last presidential election.
It is disengenous to assert that this putrid blue leftist outhouse is
somehow representative of all other counties.

Democrats irrationally blame everything but themselves. You don't
seriously think this will be any different do you?
